Most people are annoyed when construction is being done in their neighborhood, even if they like the new underground wires and fresh sidewalks and all, just because of the parking problems, early morning noise, dust, etc that goes along with all the construction vehicles... But I forget that through the eyes of 2 three-year-old boys (and their grateful parents!) a 3-month summer construction project is the darn close to the greatest thing that could happen. Let the effortless entertainment begin.
